Re:Enroll UX 2014: User-Friendly Design

I am really happy to see that there are some organizations who care about what the user experience is when applying for some form of assistance. It is often the case that people give up on getting what they need or simply don't know where to start because the process is so convoluted. That goes for the language used in these applications. Also, kudos for recognizing that the current system isn't going to work for the new applications BEFORE the boom begins! I think it is so unfortunate that even with a push for plain language today, many people don't find it to be necessary. With that being said, the proposed site looks very nice and MUCH more intuitive than similar application systems. I am interested to see how it works out when it is completely finished. Good Luck!
