Re: usability

Great post, and close to my heart for work. I actually work for a company that sells Medicare and Medicaid. It's confusing enough for us on the employer side and my experience has said that understanding your options on the consumer side is even harder...especially for seniors. While I appreciate the leap in technology that this site will bring, I do think it will take my senior segment a while to adapt. The reality is that many folks on Medicare and Medicaid either don't have access to computers or lack the know-how to use something even as friendly as this. All I can hope is that sales agents and brokers, who do a lot of our sales in in-home meetings, will adopt this new way of helping consumers make smart, informed decisions.
