Re: Enroll UX 2014: User-Friendly Design

When I hear the term user-friendly design, I cannot help but to think of Amazon. Aside from food, I have bought more from that site than any other online or physical store. The fact that I can just type in a title, brand, item or category and multiple selections show up that can be organized by price, publication date, etc. makes shopping so much easier and quicker. Even buying and selling used books is quick and easy. Aside from some Amazon Instant Videos that are only available for purchase and not rental, I have literally been able to find the specific item I was looking for whenever I shopped. And, even before I had an iPhone, I was able to do one-click shopping with my credit card information saved in my account. The user-friendly design of online shopping has saved the consumer endless hours of walking around stores and waiting on line. I applaud a similar approach to healthcare.
