Re: Enroll UX 2014: User-Friendly Design
This week's blog topic is making me think of a doctor's appointment I had a few weeks back. I was seeing a completely new person, in a brand new location, and was dreading all that first appointment paperwork (the kind where you have to tell your life story). I was so pleasantly surprised when I got to the check-in counter and the receptionist handed me a tablet that would take all of my information electronically. It was so incredibly easy to use, and although the design wasn't spectacular, it was perfectly laid out for its purpose. It really was the most painless experience. Either way, the prototype website that your company created looks very intuitive, clean, and efficient -- just what the people need!
