Re: Getting out of your comfort zone

I don't necessarily find myself doubting my abilities as much as I doubt my commitment to this field. Specifically beause I don't know if my priorities with  in my current job or in this program but I find that I tend to procrastinate a lot on my projects and spend more time getting things done at work than setting aside time to finish a project or get to class on time. After pulling all-nighters multiple times this semester to get projects finished at half of the potential that I actually have to make these projects 100%, I am making a conscious decision to set aside time for my schoolwork. I know that it's different once I'm in the real world because I can commit myself fully to designing, brainstorming and planning but for now I feel that I'm not able to show my abilities because I'm not fully committed the way I want to be.

This is kind of a different response compared to others,  but this will help me to break out of my comfort zone in terms of my dedication and commitment. There are other ways that I want to push myself outside of my comfort zone and that includes learning about working with printing companies and project management along with web development.
