re: Baltimore Print Studios

I took a screen printing class in undergrad at UMD. Back then we learned how create our own screens with wax paper and an xacto knife. That was an interesting process to say the least. However doing something like that definitely humbles you when it comes to creating art/design with only the most basic of tools. I was a studio art major in college so I often try and incorporate hand drawn art into my designs whenever possible. It just makes my projects feel more personal. It must also be said that I am not as skilled in Illustrator as I would like to be, so I always draw by hand first, and then scan into the software...Probably a little bit tedious, but thats just how I roll.
