Flagship revision

I think I have this solved. I worked on this quite a bit last night. I would love your feedback...thanks!

Looking good, Chris. The right edge of the swoosh picks up the curve of the g descender but there's less of a downturn. I'm curious about what it would look like if you tried pulling it just a teeny bit closer, but I don't think it's really necessary.

I'm not quite sure about the colors-the black might be too much of a contrast. For me it's not quite integrated with the other colors. I'm wondering if a darker value of blue would work well for the type. I'm also curious about what your logo would look like with the yellow, the green you used previously, and a darker value of green for the type.

Nice work.

You think you have it solved or you know you have it solved? Pitch the mark to us, like you would a client, as brief as possible and tell us why it works.

Point well taken. I know the black version is solved. I need to tweak the color, but it will be a variation of blue, and either yellow or tangerine. The B&W logo is solved because the icon interacts well with the type. The "swoosh" is short enough to work well with the oval, yet the top curve of the right side of the swoosh eliminates any trapped space under the "F" while subtly working with the descender of the "g".

Great job with the black and white logo. I like the placement of the swoosh and the "rehab" typeface works really well with "Flagship."

Tough call about the color logo. Have you tried a version of the logo with the type the same color as the swoosh?
