Project #1 revision

Hey Gang,

I incorporated a brush stroke and used an organic typeface for "rehab". i also rotated the icon a bit more to look less like an eye, and tried to cradle the text a bit more...hopefully this gives it more of a nurturing feel. Thoughts are welcome please!

Nice work Chris. My initial thought is: the stigma associated with the word "rehab." This is a physical rehabilitation place right? "rehab" isn't the same to me.

I'll comment more on the design later on.

Yes, but the audience is therapists...not the same average joe audience that would associate "rehab" with drug abuse.

Nice. I like the typeface on the left best.

The type you have chosen for "rehab" isn't working for me. The choices are fonts that should be avoided in most design. Pick something that is less usual.

I like the distressed look of the icon better than what you had before. However, with the word "rehab" and the distressed shape I think it looks like a disheveled person and the implication to the general public would be incorrect.

The treatment of the word "flagship" looks unfinished. Look closely at the letterforms, look even closer at the space between the letterforms, letter height, how they interact with one another, etc.

Thanks Bobby...I may try to bring the top of the "l" and "h" down to flush with the F height. Looking forward to more critique tonight.
