Thanks for all the great crit, this was one of those projects that I needed to walk away from, have some new eyes on it and go back to, refreshed. Let me know what you think. Thanks again.
So did you sleep at all last night or just stay up revising?
Looks good. I really like the typeface for Lynch--it complements your title typeface and clearly differentiates the director and titles from the other information. Your hierarchy is better; the dates are still prominent but not too dominant. Even with that copy smaller, I still get the L. It's subtler but it's there.
Regarding your lineup: I'd like to see Eraserhead in the middle. That one feels slightly different because of its two-line title, fewer strong vertical lines in the imagery, and the use of black and white. None of that is a problem--you have the unity you need--but I wonder if placing Eraserhead in the middle would create a tighter unity among the three. Right now, my eye is grouping the other two together.
Looking good. I like your treatment of the images, they really come together to form a cohesive series. The David Lynch typeface complements your images as well, much better visual hierarchy. I agree with Tess about the poster line up. Nice job.
when i look at them as a series, i see deep contrast and a distinct light source on elephant and straight. eraser head seems to be missing a highlighted light source. what do you think?

You know me Tess, I don't mess around with this stuff. Besides, I want this done & done early in the week.
I like your point, you are right, it would work better switching the order. Thanks.
